Golden-cheeked Warbler Conservation (Dendroica chrysoparia)

Fundación Defensores de la Naturaleza is conserving over-wintering golden-cheeked warbler (Dendroica chrysoparia) populations in Guatemala’s Sierra de Las Minas Biosphere Reserve by monitoring shade coffee cultivation, restoring and protecting pine-oak habitats, and forming alliances with other conservation organizations in the region.
